SBI PO Prelims Exam Pattern The SBI PO preliminary examination is of one hour duration and is conducted online. It has 3 sections with having 100 questions in total with a maximum score of 100 marks. There is negative marking in SBI PO pre exam as 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates must clear the sectional cut-off to. SBI PO dates 2020 has been announced. The dates have been announced along with the notification. SBI PO dates highlight the important events of the exam such as the release of notification, start date, and end date of the application process, the release of admit card and result announcement. Today was the first day of the SBI PO Preliminary Exam 2019. Spanning a period of one week (ending June 16, 2019), the exam is being conducted in four time slots: 2 each in morning and evening. The overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate. The Reasoning Section was quite time-consuming. Compared to SBI Clerk exam this year, the level of difficulty in the SBI PO Prelims 1st slot was tougher. Quantitative Aptitude turned out to be the comparatively easier one.
Order of Sections
Owing to the sectional time limits introduced in this year’s exam, the order of attempt of the sections was pre-decided and fixed. The order in which the sections had to be attempted were: English, Reasoning and finally Quantitative Aptitude.
English Language
A total of 30 questions were asked in this section and the overall difficulty level for this section was moderate. Cloze test type questions were asked in this slot.
