Acceptable Payment Methods
The Jacks or Better 1 casino boat is docked Friday, April 14, 2017, at the Galveston Yacht Basin. The ship hit the marker at the tip of the Galveston South Jetty around 12 a.m. Sunday, April 16, 2017. A trip with Galveston Limousine costs $30 one-way and $50 for the roundtrip between IAH and the Port of Galveston when booked online. Between Hobby and the Port of Galveston, the shuttle is $25 one-way and $40 for the roundtrip per person.

Refunds/Cancellations/Modifications
You may cancel, or modify parking reservations up to 24 hours prior to ship sailing. Refunds will not be given after a cruise has taken place. You may send your cancellation request to parking@portofgalveston.com. In your request please include the date of departure, and reservation number.
If you will be rescheduling your cruise for a later date please request a Future Cruise Parking Voucher and we will provide you with a Voucher even if you do not have a future sail date yet.

Galveston Casino Boat Closes
The Port of Galveston parking lots are the only official cruise parking lots and Garage of the Port of Galveston. Parking Lots are located at the intersection of 33rd Street and Harborside Drive. There are blue pole banners along the fence lines that read 'Port of Galveston/Cruise Parking' to indicate the Port's official cruise parking lots.
The Port is not affiliated in any way with any private parking lot operators. The Port is not responsible for the security of any vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the transportation of persons or property between the cruise ship terminals and any unofficial lot, nor is it liable for any claims relating thereto. Any complaint or claim relating to vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the services provided by that operator should be directed to the operator of the lot and not to the Port of Galveston.
