- Delta Corp Limited engages in the gaming and entertainment, and hospitality businesses in India and internationally. The company owns and operates three offshore casinos, including Deltin Royale, Deltin JAQK, and Deltin Caravela in Goa; a casino in Nepal; and a live gaming casino in Sikkim, which offer various games, such as roulette, baccarat, blackjack, craps or dice, pontoon, 5-card draw.
Delta Corp has now unveiled its Deltin Resort in the district of Daman on the Arabian Sea coast in India with the news it will open the biggest casino in India soon. Housed over 10 acres with 35,000 sq. Of gaming space and 168 rooms, the property will benefit from the nearby markets of Mumbai and Gujarat. Daman Hospitality Private Limited, a subsidiary of listed gaming company Delta Corp Limited, has filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court today seeking a direction from the court to the union territory administration to grant a casino license to the company under Section 13A of the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (as applicable to the union territory of Daman and Diu).
